Complainers!

Well just one complainer actually - Uncle Muncle!

Don't worry - I'll be back at work in 4 weeks - sure I'll have plenty of time to update then!

In short....

Camping was great, of course it rained, but it wouldn't be right if it didn't!

Visit from M.A.Y. was lovely - so nice to see the cousins playing.

Jack still loves playgroup & rhymetime at the library (when we get there).

Went to the latest Chris Isaak concert - after showing up a week early! - it was great as always & we met some lovely people.

I go back to work on the 28th of April. So I'm trying to mentally prepare for that. Not going too well.

We are going to house-sit in Sylvania in May.

I'm hoping to do some cruise organising soon.

And I'll be planning Jack's 1st birthday party. Man that came around quick. I look at him & can't believe how much he has changed since birth. He's really, really clever, just like his mother - in fact I think he's a child prodigy!(haha)

He is still pulling up on everything & everyone, but now he wants you to hold his hands (both of them) & walk with him. We are all becoming hunchbacks - particularly Poppy! Jack just hunts Poppy down & screams at him until he gets up to walk with him - poor Poppy - it's funny though!

We don't think it will be long before he's walking on his own. I really think it will happen before his birthday.

Hi!

It's been forever! But I'm back, & will really try to at least update every couple of weeks now. I've got heaps of photo's to put up - so here we go....also blogger won't let me put photo's in the order I want...

Eating I mean opening Christmas presents - we opened 3 then he fell asleep in my lap!

I'm crawling like a champion.

I'm pulling up on any piece of furniture or pair of legs that I can find.

I roll my ball then chase after it.

I say "Mumumumumum" & "Bububububububub".

I can find people when asked "where's Poppy, Daddy, Grandma, Pussycat?".

I am so ticklish it isn't funny.

I eat everything offered to me.

I can use a straw.

I love bathtime.

I crack the biggest tantrums at bed time. Doesn't matter how tired I am.

I love my cats but I'm a bit scared of dogs - don't know why.

I love kisses & cuddles.

I love story time every morning.

We are going camping at East Beach this week - have moved our annual holiday dates from Easter weekend hoping for better weather (it'll probably rain). So hopefully Jack will get his first swim in the ocean & his first play on the sand. Maybe it will make him sleep ALL night long. Mummy would love that.

We'll be house-sitting in Sylvania from the 3rd May till the 31st. There will be 2 dogs there, so maybe we can cure Jack of his fear.

I'm going back to work on the 28th of April, I don't want to. I just don't want to miss out on seeing him do more new things. I love watching Jack "get" stuff - from crawling to putting a ball in a toy's mouth to run down the ramp attached.

I'll miss him.
