Yeah it's all fun & games till the Mummy gets so tired & cranky she starts throwing phones & water bottles & whatever else I can reach - although not the tv remote - cause I need that!!
This week has been a million times better - but last week - man oh man.
I truly understand why sleep deprivation is used as a torture device - it makes you crazy.
It's crappy trying to have a fight without yelling, makes you get creative though - hence the phone throwing!
All is calm again now.
On a better note, my fat little froggy is steadily gaining weight & as of today weighs 5440 grams!
He is really well, & such a good boy, we had a slight feeding issue over the last week, but worked out what the problem was & now we're good. It's heartbreaking to hear him cry & really not know what to do - it was such a relief to fix the problem, which was really him just being fussy about the changes happening to my breasts - which are common at about 6-7 weeks in.
Jack has been enjoying some floor time on/under his new gym - though he has to share with the other kids that live here - they spend all their time trying to get under the mat - cause it's warm under there!
Beth & Denise came for a visit & gave Jack some great new clothes. Also we got a new lounge, as modeled here by Beth. Its not got stripey cushions - that's a vomit/poop protector sheet!
Darren has been taking Jack to his folks place on a Sunday morning. He leaves straight after Jacks morning feed & I get to sleep until they get back. The first time Darren did this, I woke up in exactly the same position I was in when they left!
Catherine, James, Adam & Noah also came to visit. While the adults were interested in Jack - the kids just loved the cats!
I finally took Jack into work to see everyone. We got up after a 5.30am feed & caught my old train to work. We saw all the train ladies except Carla & Anne. We surprised everyone at work & got lots of compliments about how cute Jack is & how much he looks like Darren.
We walked through Hyde Park.
Monica has a nurse.
Sonia has a nurse.
Who's this cute kid?
Amina has a nurse.
Parthi has a nurse.
Igor has a nurse.
It was a very busy day, we didn't get home until after 3pm.
This week I've had a cold - first time I've been sick since before I was pregnant! It sucks. I think Jack might have gotten my sore throat & he is a little bit snuffly - but it's not stopped him eating at all!
And on that note - got to go - food time for the frog!

Great post!!!! He's getting cuter & cuter every day. It's nice to see some of the "old" PA faces too. Loved the pic of Jack & his grandpa, very nice. As always, I wish I was there with you. Hope everything is still going well with the sleeping & the feeding & stuff. Love you!
