Can we hire your services to come and catch the rat/s hanging out here?
We put down these 'traps' where its a sheet of really sticky stuff and the rats are supposed to get caught in that, you then get to look into his eyes before you throw him in a bag and then into the bin!!!
So far all we have are a bunch of rat size footprints in the sticky stuff - bastards!!!
